- Position Overview The RN House Supervisor serves as the administrative and clinical leader of the hospital during assigned shifts.
- This role is responsible for overseeing hospital operations, supporting clinical staff, ensuring quality patient care, and responding to emergent situations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a mentor, resource, and support for nursing and clinical staff
- Respond to and manage urgent and emergent situations
- Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and administration to ensure continuity of care
- Support conflict resolution and problem-solving in real time
Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS). required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). required within 6 months
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). required within 6 months
Nice to have
- Minimum of five (5) years of clinical nursing experience preferred

- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations

- Employment Requirements
Compensation
- Commensurate with experience
- Provide hospital-wide leadership and oversight during assigned shifts
- Coordinate staffing and patient care activities across all departments
- Serve as a mentor, resource, and support for nursing and clinical staff
- Facilitate patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Respond to and manage urgent and emergent situations
