Join Bloomwell Autism Therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)-whether you're just starting out or bringing experience with you!

Not Required but preferred Associates, Bachelors or Masters degree in any field for entry level BT roles
Full-Time Availability Monday through Friday 7:45am to 4:30pm
Passion for working with children with special needs and making a difference in their lives
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and sit on the floor for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Ability to move quickly in response to patient needs

In this position, BT/RBT's will be eligible to participate in Bloomwell's long-term incentive plan.
In total, teammates have the opportunity to earn up to $10,800 in bonus, in addition to hourly at each progression wage increases.

Competitive Pay + Bonus Opportunities
Earn between $20-$28/hour as an RBT, with additional bonus potential to reward your hard work and impact.
Compensation may vary depending on education level and experience relevancy.
