Responsibilities

  • As a Welding Instructor, you'll: Lead by example with top-notch welding techniques, safety practices, and professionalism.
  • Deliver instruction in MIG, TIG, and stick welding, both in the classroom and shop.
  • Build relationships with motivated students from diverse backgrounds and help them achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with passionate professionals who share your commitment to excellence.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of professional welding experience (pipe or structural).
  • Strong knowledge of welding processes, safety protocols, and industry standards.

Nice to have

  • Welding certifications (AWS preferred).
  • Experience training or mentoring others (instruction experience is a plus).

Skills

Compensation

  • Starting wage - $85,500 per year, paid hourly.
