About the role
- Schedule: Full Time - Days 1.0, 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30 pm (hours may vary based on department need) No call, nights, weekends, holidays.

- MercyOne Medical Group - Northeast Iowa is made up of more than 30 primary care, pediatric, internal medicine and specialty clinics located throughout Black Hawk, Bremer, Buchanan, Benton, Butler, Fayette and Tama counties.
Responsibilities
- With a focus on patient experience, quality and safety initiatives, the Charge Nurse will support Acute Care managers with daily tasks such as rounding, identifying risk, instituting improvement measures and ensuring compliance while providing exceptional patient care.
