About the role

  • Improve reliability, scalability, and performance of core systems
  • Work closely with internal users (engineers or data practitioners)
  • Participate in operational ownership (on-call where applicable)

Responsibilities

  • designing, building, shipping, and operating the systems engineers depend on every day.
  • You'll lead projects end-to-end, partner with the teams that use what you build, and grow your influence beyond your immediate team as you go.
  • 7+ years building production systems

Requirements

  • Senior engineers with deep experience in one of the two areas below:
  • Strong experience in distributed systems or data-intensive systems
  • If you have questions about how your data is used, reach out to us.

Nice to have

  • Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS/GCP/Kubernetes)
  • CI/CD or developer tooling experience (Platform track)
  • dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, or similar tools (Data track)
  • Observability, reliability engineering, or data quality systems
  • Experience working across both domains (not required)
