- Keeley Construction is looking for a Procurement Director to join our team.
- This person will be responsible for leading and optimizing the company's end-to-end procurement strategy across all company operations.
Responsibilities
- Own and champion standardization efforts related to procurement, metrics across all business units.
- Oversee enterprise budget management activities and operational support functions.
- Develop and maintain short- and long-term forecasting models that support strategic planning, future resource needs, operational scalability, and financial performance objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive enterprise procurement strategies focused on vendor relationships, purchasing efficiencies, material management, risk mitigation, and cost optimization.
- Partner closely with Operations leadership to improve project planning, execution visibility, resource forecasting, and decision-making capabilities.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Safety, Quality, and Technology teams to ensure alignment between operational execution and company objectives.
- Lead implementation and continuous improvement of systems, tools, and technologies related to procurement including CMiC and other operational platforms.
- Build scalable processes and organizational structure that support company growth while improving consistency and operational efficiency.
- Develop staffing strategies and succession plans to ensure appropriate project services support across all business units.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive procurement experience in construction
- Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation expertise.
- Experience with ERP/procurement systems (e.g., CMiC, SAP, Oracle, Viewpoint, or similar).
- Familiarity with open-shop & union labor environments and multi-state operations.
- Experience supporting large-scale capital projects ($50M+).
