About the role
- Launch your mechanical maintenance career with ONEOK as a Mechanic - Associate in Watford City, North Dakota.
- This position is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals with experience using hand and power tools and performing equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Responsibilities include troubleshooting and servicing equipment, maintaining maintenance records and inspection reports, securing parts and supplies, and supporting daily operational needs within the coverage area.
Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, install and repair structural, mechanical, electrical and/or well equipment
- Maintain, prepare and/or interpret reports and/or records including, but not limited to:
- Drive and ensure maintenance is complete on company vehicles
Requirements
- Knowledge of: ordering and/or securing parts and supplies
- Knowledge of: reading and interpreting work and repair orders, drawings, charts, diagrams, dials, gauges, warranties, quotations, procedures and equipment manuals
- Ability to: apply addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, and percentages
- Ability to: understand and comply with the company and/or governmental operating/safety policies and procedures
- Ability to: communicate and/or exchange information and instructions
- Ability to: operate tools and equipment
- Ability to: work in confined areas
- Ability to: react immediately to emergency situation to prevent injury to self and others
