Responsibilities

  • Design the practice-facing onboarding experience, creating intuitive dashboards, readiness checklists, and status trackers that give clinics real-time visibility into their migration journey.
  • Partner directly with engineering teams to architect internal tools and scalable infrastructure that support high-volume data extractions and cloud transformations from legacy software.
  • Collaborate with lifecycle marketing and customer success to design multi-channel touchpoints that guide clinics through pre-migration setup and drive post-launch feature adoption.
  • Implement robust product analytics and data tracking to accurately measure migration velocity, uncover user friction points, and continually optimize the onboarding pipeline.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and clearly communicate product requirements, milestones, and strategic metrics to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market (GTM) teams to translate technical hurdles into elegant product solutions.

Requirements

  • Technical curiosity and analytical proficiency, with hands-on experience utilizing data tracking and product analytics tools to inform roadmap decisions.
