About the role
- PA0736 Administration Center Job Description The Loan Servicing Assistant Manager - Escrow is responsible for the oversight of all escrow functions for the bank's retail, commercial and small business portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Partner with third party vendors with regards to the payment and monitoring of flood and hazard insurance and property taxes
- Develop optimum efficiencies including proper balancing of staffing workloads to meet pre-determined staffing metrics
- Deliver and monitor metrics for all servicing activity
- Ensure total document and data integrity
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance or related field preferred
- 6 years Supervisory experience preferred
Compensation
- Oversee the Northwest's annual escrow analysis process
