About the role

  • Responsible for delivering best-in-class customer experience across lead generation and nurture campaigns, continuously optimizing performance through rigorous testing and data-driven insights. Leads the end-to-end development of email campaigns for Residential, Commercial, and Industrial audiences, including content strategy and development, collaboration with Creative Services on design execution, and implementation of automated lifecycle programs. Provides Marketing and Sales teams with actionable performance insights and strategic recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end email marketing function, including strategy, project management, content creation, layout, A/B and multivariate testing, final approvals, and performance reporting
  • Architect and scale automated lifecycle marketing programs, leveraging customer data, behavioral triggers, and segmentation strategies to deliver highly personalized, integrated campaigns across the customer journey
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards for all email marketing initiatives and campaigns providing clear visibility into trends and results and proactively identify and implement data-driven improvements
  • Establish and maintain email marketing best practices, governance processes, and testing frameworks
  • Partner with Marketing Leads and Creative Services to develop and design high-quality acquisition and retention email campaigns
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, IT, Analytics, and other business units to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver integrated marketing programs that support revenue and customer growth goals
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement advanced marketing technologies, tools, and processes, driving innovation, operational efficiency, and scalability across marketing operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study.

Nice to have

  • Have previous experience with utilizing marketing automation platforms (examples include HubSpot, Marketo and Salesforce) and implementation of email automation flows
  • Project management skills, including a strong attention to detail and the capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with HTML and CSS.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Sprinklr).
  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
