Responsibilities
- Own Digital Operations financial cadence, creating and managing content/analysis for Digital Capability and Enterprise leadership teams
- Support sales analytics including standard reporting, predictive modeling, sales credit reporting and commission tracking.
- Review reports and analyses with Digital operations leadership and operations business partners.
- Develop recommendations and follow through on action plans based upon discussions
- Support month end close process by providing accurate and timely information to support decision making and provide actionable insights for Operations Business Partners
- Perform various ad hoc financial analysis and reporting or business support, as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (or some related field) required
Compensation
- Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly financial forecast process through analysis and modeling including maintenance of existing tools and developing improved approaches
- Monitor and action various expense categories and internal budgets to ensure adherence to planned annual spend
