Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling
- Strong understanding of all three financial statements and how they connect
- Advanced Excel modeling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to speed up analysis, modeling, or reporting, and curiosity about where else they can help
- Ability to synthesize information from many sources and explain what it means to finance and non-finance audiences, including senior leadership
Nice to have
- Experience with OneStream or another planning / EPM system
- Experience with Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
- Biotech or manufacturing industry experience
