Responsibilities
- Ready to collaborate with an incredible team to solve problems that improve people's lives?
- Work on a 12-hour rotating schedule (Dupont Schedule rotating from day shift to night shift) to support a 24/7 manufacturing environment
- Perform chemical and instrumental analyses on in-process and finished product samples to support product quality
- Accurately record, manage, and communicate data using laboratory systems (e.g., Proficy, SAP) and standard documentation practices
- Verify product and raw material quality through testing and maintain proper sample handling and retention
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate a range of laboratory instruments (e.g., Karl Fischer, GC, GPC, IC, FT-IR, UV/VIS, XRF)
- Prepare laboratory reagents and maintain organized, compliant lab records, including SPC charts and notebooks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet analytical needs and support business objectives
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Associate in Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Must be able to communicate information in a clear, concise manner required.
- Must have sufficient physical dexterity to perform laboratory evaluations accurately and timely.
Nice to have
- Laboratory experience and instrumental analysis preferred.
