About the role

Requirements
- Experience with cross-cultural business and communication
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing P&L at scale.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
- 10+ years of experience managing one or more international education or Saas-based businesses.
- Expertise in international education markets.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience leading senior executives.
- Strong academic performance and record.
- Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
- International legal or regulatory experience
- Compensation range for this position is $225,000 to $300,000 depending on experience.
- Preferred candidate location is Lincoln, Nebraska or India. Other locations may be considered based on experience and business needs.
- This position offers a hybrid work option. Nelnet values flexibility and understands the importance of work-life integration. Our hybrid work environment allows associates living within 30 miles of an office location to work remotely for part of the week, while also fostering collaboration and team connection through in-office presence three days per week.
