About the role
- You will help us grow our business and scale by leading contract negotiations, drafting contracts, working with cross-functional teams, and driving optimization and simplification of workflows, contracts, and processes.
- To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate an understanding of contractual terms and related technology and business considerations.
- You will also need sound judgment, have excellent written and oral communication skills, and an aptitude for technology and how it can be used achieve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- 5+ years of contracts management, paralegal, or comparable experience within a law firm or in-house legal department
