Accurately chart patient visits and maintain EMR records
Deliver excellent customer service at every touchpoint
Clinical Support
Cross-train and support front desk operations: scheduling, check-in/check-out, answering phones
Handle general administrative tasks (inventory, supply restocking, basic office support)
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment

Medical Assistant certification/diploma OR equivalent experience in a clinical setting
Prior experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, client-facing setting
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable, discreet, and team-oriented
