About the role
- Mandarich Law Group is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firms with offices in CA, NV, IL, MI, OH, GA and FL, is seeking an Associate Attorney for our downtown Chicago office.
- Communications with Attorneys, Employers and consumers as necessary to resolve accounts/suits.
- Licensed in the State of Illinois to practice law.
Responsibilities
- Review Lawsuits on new and ongoing legal pleadings and documents.
- Comfortable appearing in court and the ability to appear on time consistently using your own method of transportation.
Requirements
- Litigation Motions and Responses - Associate may be required to draft, review and file any necessary motions during the course of litigation.

Benefits
