Propose and get authorization for a recovery plan on delinquent orders when normal lead time is insufficient to meet customer needs. Make use of business forecasts with easy to access and transparent data.
Quotes current normal lead time and build rate capability for R.F.Q.s including AOG's.
Uses Six Sigma to drive process improvements, and support leads in analyzing data. Business partner with logistics team to ensure on time delivery of products.
Drives robust scheduling discussions.
In addition to the above, Schedulers are to maintain an organized, clean and safe work area using safety standards and expectations while adhering to all quality practices.

Under general supervision, must be able to perform a variety of job duties including, but not limited to:

Training in specialized business/ production control methods and procedures and lean manufacturing courses/six sigma courses a plus.

Annual Target Salary = $130k

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors degree in a related field with a minimum (5) years related experience in scheduling, production control, expediting manufacturing or engineering and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
