About the role
- Solid Power is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our talented team of engineers and scientists working to revolutionize the battery industry through the development of next‐generation, all solid‐state rechargeable batteries.
- Solid Power is a dynamic, fast‐paced, collaborative and innovative team environment.
- This position is critical in assuring accurate and efficient material flow through the facility, and in coordinating with purchasing to assure appropriate inventory supply and replenishment.
Requirements
- Highschool diploma or equivalent and/or 5+ years of experience in a material handling or logistics function.
- Ability to read and understand Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
- Familiarity with a variety of logistics providers and their platforms
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
Nice to have
- The preferred candidate will have hands‐on experience in shipping and receiving dock management, operation of Kanban inventory systems, and general warehouse management.
- Experience with hazmat and heavy material handling equipment is also preferred.
- Hazmat or other regulated shipping experience is a plus
- IATA/49-CFR certification is a plus
Compensation
- $24k-$30k
