Responsibilities

  • You will support high-impact initiatives that shape how Point72 grows, innovates, and operates across the firm.
  • You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional project teams while developing program management and strategic execution skills.
  • Deliver cross-functional programs aligned with the firm's strategic priorities, ensuring milestones and deliverables meet quality standards
  • Partner with senior team members to clarify program objectives, structure workstreams, define success metrics, and align execution plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Strategy, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology to advance transformative business initiatives
  • Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities that strengthen operational readiness and support scalable growth
  • Synthesize stakeholder input and analysis into clear insights that support decision-making, problem-solving, and program execution
  • Document future-state operating models that clarify roles and responsibilities, improve processes, and support effective technology adoption
  • Build strong working relationships with cross-functional team members to promote alignment, accountability, and timely issue resolution
  • Contribute to change management efforts by developing materials, gathering feedback, and helping embed new ways of working across the firm

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis or strategic execution within a management consulting firm or financial institution.

Compensation

  • The annual base salary range for this role is $125,000-$150,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package.
