You will support high-impact initiatives that shape how Point72 grows, innovates, and operates across the firm.
You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional project teams while developing program management and strategic execution skills.
Deliver cross-functional programs aligned with the firm's strategic priorities, ensuring milestones and deliverables meet quality standards
Partner with senior team members to clarify program objectives, structure workstreams, define success metrics, and align execution plans
Collaborate with stakeholders across Strategy, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology to advance transformative business initiatives
Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities that strengthen operational readiness and support scalable growth
Synthesize stakeholder input and analysis into clear insights that support decision-making, problem-solving, and program execution
Document future-state operating models that clarify roles and responsibilities, improve processes, and support effective technology adoption
Build strong working relationships with cross-functional team members to promote alignment, accountability, and timely issue resolution
Contribute to change management efforts by developing materials, gathering feedback, and helping embed new ways of working across the firm

2+ years of experience in business analysis or strategic execution within a management consulting firm or financial institution.

The annual base salary range for this role is $125,000-$150,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package.
