- Base Pay Salary The estimated hourly rate for this role is $19.95 - $27.45 / hour.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process physical mail deliveries from the mailroom, preparing documents for imaging and digital processing.
- Operate high-speed scanning equipment to convert paper documents into electronic images for downstream business workflows.
- Perform document indexing and quality control to ensure accurate imaging, record storage, and future retrieval.
- Manage electronic records in accordance with organizational retention and storage requirements.
- Utilize multiple computer applications, web browsers, and dual/multi-screen environments to efficiently process and track document workflows.
- Maintain accuracy and productivity while handling high volumes of documents in a fast-paced environment.
- Lift, move, and organize boxes of documents and paper materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of digitized documents and records.

Requirements
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment.
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and adapt to changing priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience with imaging systems and document management tools preferred
- training will be provided.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
