Responsibilities

- You will be responsible for developing leads into qualified opportunities, recommending solutions to meet the clients' expectations, and managing client relationships.
- These activities are accomplished by building client relationships and consultative sales skills while utilizing MMA's value-added resources.
- You will also be responsible for assisting with developing internal best practices and processes, training and onboarding of new team members; all while demonstrating team leadership.
