About the role
- We're looking for someone who brings a blend of executive search agency rigor and in-house recruiting fluency, ideally with experience in the technology industry.
- This role will be based out of our New York City office with a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end executive search processes for VP+ level roles, from intake through offer and close
- Build and manage a proactive pipeline of senior leadership talent through direct sourcing, market research, and a strong external network
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder search processes with discretion, precision, and executive presence
- Partner with People teams on compensation strategy, offer construction, and negotiation for senior hires
