About the role
- Work Shift: EVE Work Schedule: Why Merit?
- Assembles medical products on an assembly operation, performing a variety of tasks on a rotating basis.
Requirements
- Must be able to read, write and speak English, Spanish or meet local language requirement.
- Demonstrates competencies and ability to rotate in a specific assembly line or work cell.
- Ability to visually check work performed and identify whether a product has been assembled correctly.
- Ability to follow instructions in performing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to meet line rate expectations.
- Ability to rotate through the assembly line.
- Three months of experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Three to six months of longevity in the same company.
- At the Corporate site, if the position is on a Spanish-language line, it is preferred that the individual be Spanish speaking or bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Medical product assembly/eye-hand coordination
- Assembly line rotation
- Quality inspection
- Computerized test equipment operation
- Medical/Dental & Other Insurances (eligible the first of month after 30 days)
- Low Cost Onsite Medical Clinic
- Two (2) Onsite Cafeterias
