About the role
- This position is contingent upon contract award.
- Coordinate seminar scheduling and execution activities with Regional Directors (RDs).
- Prepare and submit monthly status reports and participate in Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
Requirements
- Experience serving as a primary customer interface and managing Government contracts.
- Experience overseeing geographically dispersed personnel and operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent program management credential.
- Prior Marine Corps or DoD academic program experience.
- Security Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Active Secret clearance (Tier 3 Investigation) required.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition, contract management, and performance-based services.

- The Program Manager will provide overall leadership, contract oversight, customer engagement, quality assurance, and program execution support while serving as the primary interface with Government leadership.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of contract performance, including cost, schedule, staffing, quality, and risk.
- Oversee execution of CDET program requirements and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and in accordance with contract standards.
