About the role
- This position is open to technicians with installation experience, service/troubleshooting experience, or a combination of both.
- You'll work directly in the field supporting commercial and mission-critical sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform site walks and assist with system planning
- Document work completed through service reports and project updates
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and fellow technicians
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a field technician in low-voltage, security, or electrical systems
- Experience with installations, service, or both in systems such as Lenel, Software House, Genetec, Avigilon
- Strong understanding of wiring, electronics, and system integration
- Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
