Responsibilities
- Support the management of a realistic and executable Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the program, incorporating data from multiple sources such as Integrated Product Team (IPT) planning, program partner schedulers and subcontract schedules
- Manage detailed and master schedules, including analyzing and maintaining critical paths and summary level schedules
- Prepare and coordinate monthly CDRL and DAL deliveries to the customer of the IMS and related documents, utilizing the DI-MGMT-81661 Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) process
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience in scheduling process expertise, such as utilizing planning and scheduling best practices
- Familiarity with utilizing planning and scheduling best practices DCMA 32 guidelines Comprehension of managing schedules, while analyzing and maintaining critical paths and summary level schedules
- AN ACTIVE DOD SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION, FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
- 8+ years of experience in planning/scheduling
- Familiarity with managing and integrating sub-contract schedules
- Familiarity with Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA)
- Experience with creating and managing Roadmaps
- Experience with DoW space programs
- Experience in SEIT environment
- Expert knowledge and demonstrated use of Microsoft Project scheduling software and Milestone Professional
- Skillful at creating and presenting Schedule Management Reviews and senior-level scheduling presentations
- Excellent interpersonal/interfacing skills while working alongside government stakeholders, IPT leads and teammates to create scheduling products
- Possess Program Management Institute (PMI) Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Compensation
- $75,000 - $115,000 USD
