About the role
- Job Description Heritage Imports Owings Mills a proud member of the MileOne Autogroup, is seeking experienced Automotive Finance Managers to join our growing team across multiple Heritage dealership locations.

Responsibilities
- Drive profitability through the sale of finance products, service contracts, and protection plans
- Partner with dealership leadership to meet and exceed F&I performance goals
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders, manufacturers, and financial institutions
- Deliver a transparent, customer-focused financing experience
- Support from an established and respected automotive group
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of automotive lending and compliance standards
- Proficiency with MS Office and dealership systems
- Proven ability to influence sales teams and drive profitability
- Strong organizational, communication, and mathematical skills
Nice to have
- Previous Automotive F&I experience required (2+ years preferred)
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (IGNITE), RouteOne, and eLeads preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation
- $200,000.00 - $250,000.00+ with unlimited commission earning potential
