Compensation

  • The typical hiring range for this role is between $56,000 and $66,500 CAD annually.
  • Your base pay will reflect the market location and may vary based on your experience, skills, and internal equity.
  • In addition to base pay, eligible partners in this role may participate in our bonus program, designed to recognize contributions and impact in addition to annual bean stock grants.
