About the role

Your role will be to work closely with our sales, pre-sales, and solutions teams to ensure the successful acquisition and retention of clients.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in industries such as banking, hospitality, and retail.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach and lead generation campaigns.
A deep understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

Proven success in business development, with a strong track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
Ability to understand client needs and translate those into compelling solutions.
Experience in consultative selling and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
Familiarity with AI, automation, and enterprise software sales.
Experience selling into contact centers, customer service environments, or industries such as hospitality, banking, telecom, or insurance.

We provide a competitive salary range for this role - which is $100,000 - $120,000 OTE - depending on level and experience.
In addition to salary, this position includes equity in the business, giving you the opportunity to share in the company's long-term success.
