Maintain beverage quality by cleaning and calibrating coffee equipment and following food safety and hygiene practices.
Manage kitchen inventory by ordering, stocking, and tracking supplies.
Support the Facilities team with light operational tasks, including receiving supplies, trash removal, and spill cleanup.

As a part-time Barista at Lightcast, you will support our Moscow, Idaho headquarters office by delivering a welcoming barista experience while helping maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchens across the workplace.

At least 1 year of experience in a barista, retail, customer-facing, or food and beverage role preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Familiarity with espresso equipment, coffee brewing methods, and beverage preparation.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills when interacting with employees, visitors, and vendors.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Working as part of the Facilities team, you will prepare high-quality beverages, manage kitchen supplies, maintain coffee equipment, and support a positive employee experience.
