About the role
- As Scout's Capital Markets Senior Manager, you will play an integral role in capital raising activities for our growing portfolio of utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects.
- In this position, you will play a key role in project finance, corporate finance, and capital recycling transactions.
- Your work will include a combination of engagement with capital providers (debt, tax equity, and equity), transaction development and execution, and collaboration with teams across the organization.
Responsibilities
- We expect a high volume of transactions and are expanding the team to support that growth.
- Own transactions across the investment lifecycle - from origination to due diligence, definitive documentation, and deal closing.
- Develop compelling transaction marketing materials for distribution to prospective lenders and investors.
- Analyze and negotiate term sheets and proposals to support recommendations for optimal financing structures to senior management.
Compensation
- $150,000-$175,000.
