About the role
- Our client, a publicly-traded global technology company, is looking to hire a superstar Head of Litigation and IP to join its legal team.
- This person will report directly to the General Counsel and will be a visible leader at the company with significant interaction at the board and executive management levels.
- The company is located in San Jose, CA with a three days a week in-office requirement.
Responsibilities
- The attorney in this role will manage and lead the company's litigation and dispute resolution matters, including patent, commercial, soft IP (including brand protection), and general business litigation matters.
- They will lead the company's patent program and will manage brand protection matters.

Compensation
- is targeted at a base salary range of $320-340K, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
