You will report directly to the Executive Chef, working within a robust operations team that values craft, curiosity, and professional growth.

You will masterfully manage ticket flow, pacing, and station organization to ensure consistent, high-quality presentation across all dining formats.
Catering & Event Mastery: Support the execution of catering orders for meetings and large-scale events. This includes meticulous prep, timely transport, and the precise assembly of banquet-style menus with a focus on punctuality and temperature control.
Team Collaboration: Partner with fellow associates to ensure all kitchen duties, from daily mise en place to post-event breakdown, are completed efficiently within strict time constraints.
Standard Bearer: Follow all NeueHouse steps of service and maintain rigorous standards for sanitation, organization, and food handling across both the restaurant line and event kitchens.

Minimum 1 year Cook experience in a related role
Strong cooking and knife skills required
Ability to work well with others and have good communication skills

This role is also eligible for Convene's annual incentive performance bonus plan.
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.
Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
