About the role

  • POSITION OVERVIEW - The position is hybrid and candidate must currently reside in the greater Minneapolis area.

Responsibilities

  • Transforming the way companies Design, Manufacture, Connect to, and Service their products, EAC Product Development Solutions (EAC) is a complete source for your product development needs.
  • Our capabilities span the world of Additive Manufacturing/3D printing and the entirety of the manufacturing process from design ideation to product engineering to manufacturing and services in the field.

Requirements

  • Overnight travel may be required(at minimum 25%).
  • Employees may be required to follow other job-related instructions and to perform other job-related duties as requested, subject to all applicable state and federal laws.

  • Participate in innovating techniques and strategies to secure new accounts and expand market share.
  • Prioritize accounts and prospecting efforts to maximize sales impact and align with corporate goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and aligning them with EAC's software solutions.
  • Achieving Sales Goals and KPIs
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity metrics and sales quotas set by management.
  • Effectively overcome objections, communicate value propositions, and close deals.

Compensation

  • Base Annual Salary is $80K for this salaried, exempt Full-Time position
  • Commission Pay Plan
