Responsibilities
- Serve as a professional and positive representative of Learfield on campus, maintaining strong working relationships with university partners and ensuring all interactions reflect well on both the property and the school
- Support execution of sponsorship elements to ensure fulfillment and client satisfaction
- Support fulfillment of on- and off-field/court sponsorship activations (displays, promotional handouts, contests, etc.)
- Utilize proprietary systems to support reporting, data entry, and basic analysis
- Communicate with athletics staff, promotions personnel, and Sports team members; assist with select client/partner interactions
- Provide general office and administrative support
- Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed
- Learfield is seeking a part-time Associate Coordinator to support on-campus operations for one of our Sports.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with social media platforms
Nice to have
- Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred
