- Claims Counsel, Environmental and Design Professional Liability in our North America Insurance Claims team.

Requirements
- Law degree required.
Nice to have
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, communication, organizational, and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
- familiarity with Guidewire and ImageRight is a plus.
Compensation
- $125,000 - $175,000. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including the cost of living associated with your work location, your qualifications, skills, competencies, and relevant experience.

- Provide coverage, liability, and damages analysis for complex environmental and professional liability claims, including Architects & Engineers, Construction Professional, and Pollution.
- Resolve coverage issues and respond to questions from underwriting, senior management, and other internal functional groups.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze coverage, liability, and damages for complex professional liability claims, particularly Architects & Engineers and/or Environmental lines.
