Requirements
- 5+ years' experience with UKG Pro WFM, or 5+ years of equivalent industry experience (HR, Payroll, Time etc.)
- Ability to engage with all levels of an organization to understand and then demonstrate how UKG can solve their business challenges.
Nice to have
- Presales Solution Consulting experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills that can captivate any audience.
- Comfort facilitating discovery sessions, workshops, and executive level discussions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $115,100 to $165,450.
- In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
