About the role

Responsibilities
- Performs patient assessment/reassessment according to standard procedure.
- Develops and coordinates individual plan of care including discharge planning.
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration. 2. BLS is a requirement for every RN unless advance cardiac life support (ACLS) certification is current, in addition to any unit specific certifications and competencies.
Nice to have
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing highly preferred.
Skills
- Thorough knowledge of the discipline of Nursing.
- Department-specific competencies and their measurements will be developed and maintained in the individual departments.
- The competencies will be maintained and attached to the departmental job description.
- Responsible managers will review competencies with position incumbents.
- Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions:
- Work is considered medium.
- Position requires work indoors in a patient care environment.
- License/Certification/Education:
- Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
- BLS through either American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) is a requirement for every RN within 30 days of hire.
- Required: 1.

Compensation
- $47k-$78k
