About the role

  • EventMobi is a remote-first company and this is a fully remote position.
  • You may reside anywhere in Canada provided you are able to accommodate Eastern time working hours.
  • ABOUT YOU Your events experience goes beyond internal company gatherings.

Responsibilities

  • Over 30,000+ events in 70+ countries from major brands such as Shoppers Drug Mart, to amazing non-profits such as American Psychiatric Nurses Association and Canadian Real Estate Association have trusted EventMobi's suite of software technology to manage their events and engage their attendees.
  • Extra credit if you've worked directly with clients or attendees and know what it takes to deliver a seamless event experience.

Requirements

  • You have a safe, comfortable, and ergonomic workspace and working environment - a private and quiet workspace is a vital requirement for doing your best work!
  • Familiarity with tools such as Cvent, Eventbrite, Bizzabo, Hopin, or similar is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical event organizers.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience planning or coordinating professional

Nice to have

  • 2-year college diploma or 4-year degree in hospitality or events management.
  • Experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRMs.
  • Previous experience supporting customer onboarding for technical products or SaaS platforms

  • Up to $65K CAD salary depending on the experience + Stock Options + Benefits
