Responsibilities

  • Services and Solutions That Enable Aerospace, Defense, and Military Agencies To Enhance Capabilities, Drive Transformation, Operate Sustainably, And Maintain Mission-Readiness
  • We seek Problem Solving Training Course Instructor | Problem Solving Training [USARC0016016] candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as USARC.
  • Apply structured problem-solving methodologies; conduct root-cause analysis; use systems thinking; evaluate alternatives; develop actionable solutions; improve decision-making; build consensus; and communicate recommendations effectively.
  • Develop lesson plans; facilitate classroom and virtual instruction; conduct assessments; provide coaching and feedback; support curriculum updates and survey-driven improvements.
  • Provide services and support as a Problem Solving Training Course Instructor [Civilian Training Services] aligned with the Problem Solving Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the DOD/Military Industry Sector.

Requirements

  • NACI eligibility required
  • Teamwork. ability to foster teamwork collaboratively as a participant, and effectively as a team leader
  • Communication. ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders of all levels orally and in writing
  • Agility. ability to quickly understand and transition between different projects, concepts, initiatives, or work streams
  • Business Tools - understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.
  • The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, and proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary.
  • Curiosity - the ideal candidate exhibits an inquisitive nature and the ability to question the status quo among a community of people they enjoy and teams that work well together

Nice to have

  • 5-10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • instructional certifications preferred.
  • Leadership, collaboration, problem solving, communication, adaptability, and customer focus.
  • The Problem Solving Training Instructor typically provides 2 Days (16 Hours) of Instructor-Led Training (ILT) / Workshop Engagements, serving as a Content
