Nice to have

  • At least ten years of experience in Business Intelligence or a related field, with a proven track record in a leadership role within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Experience in a product-led growth (PLG) environment is strongly preferred.
  • Not afraid to question the status quo and push for change when needed.
  • Strong technical skills with experience in BI tools such as Snowflake, Looker, dbt, Fivetran and Census
  • A strong perspective on the best strategy for in data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL processes at Jane
  • Passion for mentorship and demonstrated success in fostering a culture of data-informed decision making

  • Canada: $191,300 - $258,800 (accomplished: ~$225,000)
  • United States: $198,900 - $269,100 USD (accomplished: ~$234,000)
