Requirements

  • Ability to interact with co-workers and clients under deadline pressure.

  • Experience providing IS support in a Legal or Professional Services environment with
  • remaining calm.
  • Experience providing tech support in a Legal or Professional Services environment with attention to detail, the ability to prioritize multiple projects and problem-solve while remaining calm.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Zoom (including Zoom rooms) and or MS Teams preferred.
  • Experience with Cisco Video Conferencing equipment preferred.

Skills

  • Operates sound equipment and conference room lighting.

Compensation

  • The annual compensation range for this position is $80-90k.
  • The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
