  • The Legal Operations Project Manager manages and coordinates the end‑to‑end lifecycle of The Americas marketing contracts through the Conga system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, timely approvals, and proper execution.
  • This role serves as the central liaison between Marketing, Legal, and stakeholders while maintaining contract records, reporting, and training to support efficient and compliant marketing operations.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of project management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook
  • Review the Conga front-end approval queue to identify new requests, ensuring all required information is complete, accurate, and compliant before routing to the appropriate person for approval.
  • Conduct quality and complete reviews of agreement drafts to confirm all required deliverables were addressed during the initial business review.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or relevant field preferred.
