About the role
- About Redwood Materials Redwood is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling - keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition.
- This role serves as the primary interface between Operations, Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, and the Spares Team to ensure work is properly planned, prioritized, resourced, and executed.
- The Maintenance Planner focuses on daily and weekly maintenance activities, preventive maintenance execution, work order planning, and coordination of plant resources.

Nice to have
- Review, plan, and coordinate maintenance work orders, ensuring labor, materials, tools, permits, and safety requirements are identified prior to execution
- Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, and Storeroom teams to ensure work is prioritized and executed efficiently with minimal impact to production
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance, maintenance planning, reliability, operations, or related experience
- Experience working within a CMMS (Limble, SAP, Maximo, Fiix, Infor, etc.)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance practices
- Experience in chemical processing, manufacturing, mining, energy, or heavy industrial operations
Compensation
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
