Responsibilities
- Lead daily transportation operations to deliver on-time, safe, and efficient service
- Supervise, coach, and develop drivers and transportation associates
- Manage routing, scheduling, and staffing to meet service demands
- Partner with DC operations, customer service, and carriers to support execution
- Support cost control through resource planning and operational discipline
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and transportation documentation
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or distribution
- 1-3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Experience in a DC, fleet, or route-based delivery environment
- 6AM - 3PM, flexibility required
Nice to have
- Experience with TMS, routing or fleet systems
- Knowledge of Canadian transportation and safety regulations
- Experience working with 3PL carriers or private fleet operations
- $74,200 - $98,900
