Responsibilities
- Utilize common analytical frameworks and develop unique analyses to assess funds in terms of organization, investment strategy, performance, fund terms, current portfolio positions, and other key attributes.
- Complete written research utilized by our clients and directors to support investment decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any major) with a record of achievement.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
- Strong, demonstrated interest in investments.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, integrity, and initiative.
- Demonstrated command of written communication and strong business writing skills.
- Ability and willingness to engage in conversation with internal and external parties, including senior investment managers.
- Strong Excel skills preferred. Programming skills a plus.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Progress towards or interest in pursuing CFA designation.

Compensation
- 80000 Pay Range Maximum:
- In addition to the listed salary range, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package.
- Actual placement within the stated salary range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as internal equity.

- The Public Equities Research Team gathers, analyzes, and disseminates information and opinions on public equity investment funds, supporting decision making by our investment directors and clients.
- Aid senior team members in developing house opinions on Global, Non-US, and Emerging Markets equity managers and markets through ongoing qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.
