Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 5 years experience in a business or professional setting (inclusive of non-profit or government roles).
  • Proficiency in using business software and tools, including MS Office and project management applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • About the Job.
  • The Milestone-Validation Lead is responsible for maintaining construction inspection checklists status and scheduling inspections and coordinating with city authorities, third parties, investment management, and development teams.
  • Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Responsible to Track checklist completion for completeness and accuracy
  • Overview of Project Schedule and corresponding checklists are complete before moving to the next stage.
  • Responsible to Validate and schedule internal/external inspections based on defined milestones
  • Responsible for reporting schedule updates. Coordinate with the Taktical Control Lead for schedule reporting.
  • Daily review of the project schedule and project checklists to ensure milestones are met in the correct sequence.
  • Coordinate Ensure collaboration of inspections with field team.
