Responsibilities
- The Senior Procurement Specialist leads more complex procurement activities, providing expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization.
- They mentor junior procurement staff and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support company-wide procurement strategies, contributing to operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for assigned categories or projects.
- Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management to maximize value and minimize risk.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and coordinate supplier performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including finance, legal, operations, and engineering.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and systems.
- Support demand planning and inventory optimization efforts.
- Leadership experience or capability to lead cross-functional project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPSM, CPP) preferred.

- 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement or sourcing roles.
- Proven track record of successful negotiation and supplier management.

- Experience with ERP systems and procurement software.

Compensation
- $89,300.00 - $146,900.00 POSITION SUMMARY
