About the role
- This role will have a strong focus on shipside engineering execution and turn time metrics, both development and maintenance, as well as technical project and program management of a cross functional team execution.
- Collaboration and strong communication with operations, other Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), customer, and suppliers will be paramount to the success of this role.
- This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
Responsibilities
- Manages employees performing engineering support and technical activities.
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals.
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements.
- Manages, develops, and motivates both direct and indirect employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences) or Equivalent technical degree
- 3+ years of experience working cross functionally and/or managing external supplier relationships.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
- An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

- $141,100 - 190,900

- This role will have oversight and execution responsibilities for shipside support and both internal and external supplier integration on several work packages.
- While partnering with the senior leader, this role will have opportunity for visibility with program and engineering leaders to support key milestones.
- This role requires experience leading integrated teams to develop complex solutions.
- Strong foundational understanding of aircraft support including change management and supplier oversight is required.
